NOSE
 Intense, full, concentrated bouquet with undergrowth note and hints of spices. The taste is dry, full-bodied, with soft, consistent and well-blended tannins, of considerable persistence.

WINEMAKING
Produced in compliance with the Chianti Classico tradition, a wine that can boast more than 300 years of history. The stylized figure on the label represents an old country church "San Giorgio allo Spadaio" standing out in 1184 AD, which overlooks our vineyards.
