His goal is to help people cultivate their love for wine and to shine a spotlight on the exceptional quality and character that can be found beyond the big-name producers.

Soo Ka Lim - Cofounder

Nicola Lim - Creative Director
Nicola is the Creative Director at Southern Cellars, with a strong creative vision she is responsible for leading the development and execution of the events and marketing strategies. Prior to working at Southern Cellars, Nicola dedicated her time to being a floral designer and trained as a Yin Yoga instructor, bringing a unique, holistic approach to her work.
Her growing fascination with the culture of wine drives her to continuously expand her knowledge of the industry, further enriching her contributions to the business.
