An Exquisite Private dinner featuring private chefs and an amazing display of Sparkling Wine from House of Arras and our other wines. Featuring approximately 40 Pax we engaged in activities other than the wine and had an amazing time with the drinks.
Southern Cellars Margaret River Tour August 2025
We recently embarked on an unforgettable journey through the renowned Margaret River wine region, and what an incredible experience it was. Guests were treated to exclusive tastings of rare and museum-edition wines, guided by our founder and WSET Level 3-certified wine expert, Scott Lim.
Along the way, we uncovered the stories behind each vineyard, connected with passionate winemakers, and enjoyed gourmet dining at some of the region’s finest restaurants. Every moment was a celebration of flavour, elegance, and discovery, set against the stunning backdrop of one of Western Australia’s most celebrated wine destinations.
It was truly a remarkable experience that brought together great wines, meaningful connections, and lasting memories.
Southern Cellars Tasting Showcase Royal Selangor Golf Club July 2025
The exclusive Southern Cellars wine tasting was a fantastic success, featuring a curated selection of rare Western Australian wines that delighted every guest. Attendees enjoyed sampling high-quality, food-friendly wines, many discovering unique gems they hadn’t tried before. The atmosphere was lively and engaging, with everyone taking part in games and a raffle that offered exciting prizes, adding extra fun to the evening. The event ran smoothly, with guests praising both the wines and the welcoming setting, making it a truly memorable and enjoyable experience for all. Hosted at the Royal Selangor Golf Club Malaysia.
Imperial College Malaysian Alumni Tasting June 2025
Southern Cellars recently hosted an elegant wine tasting evening for the Imperial College Malaysian Alumni, led by founder and host Scott Lim. The event featured a thoughtfully curated selection of wines from Australia, Italy, and New Zealand—each chosen to showcase the unique character and craftsmanship of their regions.
Held in an intimate and relaxed setting, guests were guided through the tasting experience with insights into each wine’s origin, style, and story. It was an evening filled with vibrant conversation, shared appreciation, and a deeper connection to the world of wine.
Tucker & Co. Deli Restaurant Tasting June 2025
Food from Tucker & Co. Deli paired with my favourite RockCliffe wines! Wines was amazing and the food was amazing too. And as always, with wine its laughter and always a good time.
The Pinot Noir really stole the show wih amazing pairing with all the dishes. It was served slightly chilled and worked really well!
If Only Dinner Sip & Toast March 2025
What an unforgettable night! We at Southern Cellars had the absolute pleasure of teaming up with If Only Restaurant and Trio Bakehouse for an evening full of flavour, laughter, and connection.
Our Rockcliffe wines were perfectly paired with a beautifully crafted menu that brought together the best of Italian and Australian influences. The room was alive with games, great conversation, and plenty of laughs—and we loved seeing new friendships form over a shared passion for wine.
A huge thank you to the amazing teams at If Only and Trio Bakehouse for helping us create such a special experience. And to everyone who came along—your enthusiasm and appreciation meant the world to us. We had a fantastic time, and we can’t wait to do it all again soon. Cheers!

A wonderful 3 night event showcasing the best of RockCliffe Winery. A 4-course meal paired with wines and the perfect environment to mingle with friends. Dr Steve Hall, owner of RockCliffe Winery travelled down to join us for an amazing time and to give us the rundown of the history and vision of his winery.
